isoburn /q drive:\file.iso

Where drive:\file.iso is the full path of your ISO image of the file.
For example: isoburn /q d:\en_windows_7_ultimate.iso

After entering this command just press Enter, and the Windows Disk Image burner will open.
Click Burn, and your process will start.

Alternatively, you can also burn files by running Windows Disk Image Burner and then pass theISO file location and click the Burn button.
